Recipe: Vegan Blueberry Protein Shake

Preparation time: 15 mins

(makes 2 servings)


500 ml almond milk
200 g of blueberries
1⁄2 banana
1 teaspoon of maple syrup 1⁄2 tbsp vanilla
4 tablespoons of almond or pea protein


Pour all ingredients one after the other into the blender and mix for 1 minute until the smoothie is creamy.
